A Big Thank You & a Hug To Imran (Taxi Controller) For Calming Me Down and Being a Very Good Samaritan and Put a Smile on my Face And Staying on the Line til my next taxi showed up and supporting me after i was left shaking and crying i called a taxi (Friday 1st Nov At 8:45pm) and the taxi driver Was Very Abusive Cause i asked him how long the journey would take plus he locked me in The Car and wouldnt let me out i begged him. to stop Shouting at me and to unlock the door and he was shouting at me cause i told my husband on the phone how tht driver was behaving with me and that i was in alot of pain due to my pregnancy and i needed to get to The A & E. When i started screaming in the car and i was going to call the police so he had no choice but to unlock the doors after me screaming and crying and telling him i will call the police and let reception know so he decided to unlock the car doors after 3mins . so i called the Taxi Reception straight away and explained the whole situation to imran (Taxi Receptionist) Imran was so kind and was listening to every word while i was crying and he put me at ease and calmed me down and i felt very safe and he sent me a taxi within 2 mins. I was let down by taxi code very badly and had to source a car 24 hours before my daughters wedding to take her and myself from the hotel to the venue. I rang Friday afternoon and Carina was extremely helpful and advised they could supply a car for the required date and time. I sent carina an email and she promptly replied with drivers details and pictures of the car. She also rang me Friday evening to say the driver had changed and she had sent me an email with the updated details on.
