About

We are a small family run business consultancy and Microsoft Partner with MCP’s in BI and CRM.

The consultancy was created in 2013 to take advantage of both Paul and Rachel’s business knowledge and skills. Since then we have successfully completed multiple projects for a wide range of clients from Micro Businesses to International PLC’s and Government bodies.

I love the variety and challenges of helping businesses of all size.

Having worked as a permanent employee for many years gaining insights and experience, I found myself in a situation where my then employer was asking me not to recommend the best solution to the client but rather what was best for them. I was not happy doing this and so decided to set up independently where I could maintain my integrity. I would rather tell a client the truth and help them manage any issue, than tell them what they want to hear or what is financially best for me. We purposefully do not provide hardware and always work to ensure clients have solutions that they can take responsibility for future development of, or business plans that they can take and own, so that they do not feel tied to us. This way we trade on trust and experience.

As a company, we like to think of ourselves as the general practitioners for your companies health. Setting out with our aim to get your business working to a high standard with an internal balance that will keep things in check.

We do this by checking that everything you are putting into the company is used and isn’t going to waste, and that you are monitoring the processes bringing customers into your company, and by suggesting solutions that fit in with these ongoing activities.

We like to view an organisation in the same manner that a GP view a patients body, that is as a interrelated and dependent group of organs and components. Where the identified pain/issue may not be directly caused in the area that is experiencing the pain, but rather by a separate dependent or preceding element that is not working properly. Also as with a GP we may not be a specialist but we will support you in making decisions/diagnosing problems based on best available information, and then help refer you to the correct specialists when necessary. But as with health if you direct to a specialist they will try to fix your issue by only considering what they specialise in, we on the other hand as you GP does will consider the whole of you.

We will sit with you, get an understanding of your company's current situation, issues and aspirations. Then work with you to develop Business Plans to support your growth. We will always be honest and open with you, helping you understand the potential issues, risks and directing you when necessary to discuss specialist topics with the correct specialists.

We are a fully qualified Microsoft partner, with staff trained in Design, Customisation and Configuration of Dynamics 365. We use Dynamics CRM 365 ourselves to run our business. As such we are ideally situated to help you get the most from this product by providing guidance, training, support and development where needed. CRM is Customer Relationship Marketing. Microsoft have offered a product called Dynamics CRM which historically has required investment in hardware and was not truly economic for the small business. Now it is possible to get this functionality supported by Microsoft SharePoint (a document management system) for even 1 or 2 staff at a realistic price. As the delivered system will be hosted on Microsoft’s servers, you can access it from any where and don’t have to worry about what happens if someone breaks in and steals your hardware. CRM provides the business tools to enable you to automate your lead acquisition processes and also your client management, releasing time for your staff to spend on providing a higher level of customer service and following up leads better to generate more orders. In order to provide management with information on how the business is operating CRM includes a number of dashboards and charts, we as Business Intelligence experts can work with your management team and staff to ensure that the information they require in order to perform/manage is available with the minimum level of hassle in a robust and repeatable way.

Limited or interrupted flows of either of these leads to reduced efficiency and performance issues. Also as with a body we accept that it is not desirable and some times not possible to stop the Business to implement change . Although you can stop a body to fix a problem ,this is a last resort and often leads to greater problems. Being prepared for change through small changes and improvements places a body(business) in a better position to survive bigger changes. The overall body presentation Is how healthy your body(Company) appears to the outside world – e.g. is it flabby and slow or lean and efficient.
