I have been using Golden Transportation for many years. I travel for business to and from Logan airport (and sometimes Providence). Often, business travel can be stressful, so I don't want to worry about transport. With Golden, I know the chauffeur will be on time (early, in fact, waiting patiently); the car (or Escalade - whatever you need) will be immaculate; there will be fresh water and mints available; the chauffeur will be professionally dressed and courteous; and the route will be all planned out (he will know if your flight time has changed, the best route to drive, and where to drop you off/pick you up - he'll also plan on weather conditions ... ). If you're looking for a reliable, comfortable, safe, clean (insert 30 more positive adjectives here), look no further than Golden Transportation. Golden Transportation is the best in the business. After having used a few transport/limo service companies over the years, I found Golden and I've never gone back to any other service. I've been a customer for years now. I am a woman who travels back and forth to the airport (mostly Logan, but sometimes Providence) on business a few times per year. I want to be safe - and I don't want to have to worry about a thing. Traveling for business can be stressful, so it's very important to me to NOT have to stress about my travel to/from the airport. I can contact the folks at Golden Transportation months in advance and never have to worry that they won't show up. In fact, they recommend to me the best time to get on the road. And when they arrive (always early, waiting patiently), the driver is dressed professionally; the car is immaculate complete with fresh water and mints; the driving is safe, comfortable, and the driver will know, in advance, the best way to get you from point A to point B - and if you're traveling to the airport, he will have information on hand for your flight if things change last minute. This service is SUPERB. I don't even check other services anymore, so I'm not sure how the price measures up to others, but I'm sure it's comparable. FYI - I know they also offer different types of vehicles for different needs. If you have a big group, I believe the SUV they use is an Escalade - gorgeous and comfortable. I used Golden Transportation for transport to and from the airport (from the suburbs).  The driver arrived 15 minutes early and was professionally dressed in a black suit a la men in black.  He helped get our luggage in and out of the car.  We are a family of 5 so we were transported in a Black Escalade.  The car was clean, spacious and there was bottled water enough for all of us.  The ride was smooth and direct.  The driver was courteous and professional.  They left a great first impression and I can't imagine using any other company. I thoroughly research every service before I use it. With transportation, I am particularly concerned with promptness and safety. I travel to and from Logan (from the suburbs) for business and I am constantly going back and forth, trying to find a car service I can trust. I have used a few companies in the past and was mildly satisfied. This time, I went to Angie's List and closely looked at "grades" and customer reviews. I was blown away by the "A" ratings for Golden Transportation and the extraordinary reviews. Long story short, I called and scheduled a driver (just 2 days beforehand!). Here is my experience: The driver arrived 15 minutes early (no rush though); he was professionally dressed in black suit and cap; there was bottled water and mints waiting in the immaculate town car; the front passenger seat was pulled up so that I had ample leg room; the driver was courteous, professional, kind, funny, and did just the right amount of talking/not talking; the driver was prepared with app to tell me that my gate had changed; the driver knew exactly where he was going and the best route to get there in the least amount of time...Pick-up experience: More of the same. The driver arrived early; texted me his location; helped with my bags; drove safely; knew just where he was going; etc. I will never go with another transportation company again for I have found the best.
