We had a great experience with Golden Line Green Care. Our ducts were cleaned very quickly and efficiently and they also cleaned our dryer vent as part of a promotion. One thing that really stood out was how patient the gentleman was when having to figure out how to park the van close enough to our house on our very crowded and busy street.

After a Reno, we hired them to clean our ducts based largely on their Homestar rating. Ducts were cleaned. Work was professional. We also asked Azeri to look at various grease stains on a carpet that had been left by a contractor. He was pleased to take a look. Despite numerous attempts by me to remove the stains, after a few minutes the stains were 99 percent gone. Our carpet looked great. I contacted GLGC through Homestars's request for quote system. I immediately got a friendly response from the company, and they were very quick in getting me a quote. The quote was reasonable, and the company (especially the receptionist Hally) was very easy to deal with over the phone and through email - ie. easy to contact, and no pressuring from their end. They were patient, and listened to what I wanted (cleaning grout, removing mold, re-caulking, and upholstery cleaning), and were prompt in getting the work done within a few days. No hidden surprises or costs. It's a bit early to tell if the work (caulking) will hold up for the long term, since it has only been a day, but it seems to have been done properly.
