The booking process was very easy and stress free. The price is reasonable.

Most agreeable to work with in answering questions…I had a few…this was just the arrangement phase…I’ll report back after event.

Mike Was extremely professional and kind, while we have not used his service yet, he was very patient and sent pictures and video, I am confident it is going to be a fantastic Christmas party with his service.

We're very sorry you feel that your wedding was ruined. For that we apologize, but accidents do happen and they are not planned. A person's life was at stake and that takes precedent over all things including your wedding day and any other event. Again, we sincerely apologize for the mishap. Warning potential customers won't change anything as we're sure you'll come to realize.

This limousine customer service was awful ! Apparently the one limo they had was in a accident. This company does not have a back up plan. So, if the limo breaks down or is an a accident you are pretty much screwed!!! The owner called to offer money back 20 minutes before the pick up time. Mind you I had a limo reserved for originally 4:00 pm to 10pm. The person Mike text me the week of the wedding after I paid and changed the terms and hours to 4 hours. He never tried to reach out to other transportation services to fulfill the contract ,his attitude was very nonshalont! I had to cancel my photography shoot and find last minute transportation, which Mike should have tried to do but he didn't!!! DO NOT USE THIS LIMOUSINE SERVICE GOLDEN ISLES! I'm sorry that you think we ruined your wedding day, our driver was in an accident on highway 95 20 minutes before your scheduled time ,we had all 5 of our limousines out that day, so no we could not had send another limo to you. You chose our company because you liked our price and the car you was getting, could I had called other limo companies is the big question. My driver was in an accident because of some person on highway 95. I was too worried about my driver life instead of your wedding at that time, I gave you your money back and you still not happy. People lives and family took more of the concern at that time.

So far so good. I'll let you know how it goes after they pick me up and deposit me at Amelia Island.

I submitted a request for service with multiple companies on Bark and Mike from Golden Isles was the first to respond. He was very professional and patient. Michael was very informative,however our driver Walt did not show us how anything worked in the limo air, windows,etc,we would use them again w a more informative driver

I rented from this company , and everything was superb, loved the lights in the back , everything was outstanding from the beginning to the end.

Buyer Beware! We hired them to drive us to a birthday dinner. Paid 50% up front. The limo tire and wheel completely FELL OFF the vehicle on the way to our house. No service, but they refuse to refund our $! I can see if the failure was on my side (such as late cancellation), but keeping our money when it’s due to lacking maintenance of their vehicle is just WRONG!
They are apparently trying to get into the Orlando area market - let this be a warning to all. Concern for safety, customer focus and good business practices are all missing here. LOOK ELSEWHERE! More...

Golden Isles Limousine Services provided personal service. The owner pays attention to the smallest details. For example Mr. Grovner made sure we were in a safe environment to and from the Limousine always assisting (even when one the ladies broke her heel on her boots, he accommodated us so the evening would remain grand). Timely, before time the Golden Isles Limousine is there! Everyone of the personnel is very professional. One exceptionally grand characteristic this company displays is compassion. Taking their time never rushing at any point even if it an extra step in making sure everyone is comfortable, i.e changing the size of the vehicles, tissue, umbrella.
