Wow!!! Talking about GREAT Customer Service! We were doing a mail-away closing (purchasing a house out of state so didn't close at the attorney's office; instead we closed at our house). Kyle gave me a quote on a weekend; he responded within the hour of me requesting a quote. He was super friendly and answered questions quickly. Matt Miller was the Notary Public who came to our house. Although we had the title attorney on the phone, it was apparent that Matt knew all of the forms already. He basically hand held us through the whole closing; felt as if we were signing in the attorney's office! Wow, what great, friendly, fast, efficient service! Kyle was fantastic. I was told I needed an Apostille, something I had never heard of before. Kyle brought me up to speed on what I needed, what was required, and how to do everything. I did as he said and then called him back to schedule his service. What can I say? Kyle delivered as he promised. I had a POA which needed an apostille done urgently and Kyle came over on the same day I called him (Thursday) and the whole thing was completed by Monday morning. The only hitch was in Fedex's delivery to me, which had nothing to do with Kyle. (He did his best to follow it through). My advice is to make sure your doorbell is in an obvious place and functioning. Fedex apparently will not call you if there is no answer. This may be problematic for people living in certain types of apartments. But, I highly recommend Kyle. More...

Kyle was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone in need of Notary service. I was facing a tight deadline and my partner had forgotten to schedule a mobile Notary. I called the number and got voice mail suggesting I book online. So while I am writing things out, Kyle calls me back. He was very polite and could schedule the time on the spot. I've been trying to get an Apostille for a document I needed around Fresno Area. Most of the places I found would charge for the service around $160-$200 and the wait time was about 3-4 weeks. Since I often travel to the Bay I checked Golden Gate Mobile! With Kyle, in just 7 days my document was in my mailbox for half of the price $79!!! I get home at 11pm, I find an email from my lawyer in New Zealand, stating 7 pages need to be notarized to close the deal, at midnight I scan through Yelp looking for Notary's and see Kyle, I call him 8am next morning, we meet at Starbucks at 9am, deal is done THANKYOU KYLE!!!!
