For over 15 years I have helped people develop healthier habits, get stronger, lose weight, and reach fitness goals. I use state of the art equipment and methods to keep you from boredom and get you results. I am a nurse practitioner, therefore I am comfortable with medical conditions and can help you safely exercise in ways that work for you. I also offer nutrition coaching in person, or chia phone/internet. My nutrition program options include a 6-week course utilizing an online coaching platform for those interested in learning the low carb or ketogenic diet. Nice people, great variety of classes, they encourage you to push yourself, like the fact that you sign up online for your classes in advance - ensures that you have a spot on a bike/TRX cable, plus makes you show up since you signed up!!!!
