For over 15 years I have helped people develop healthier habits, get stronger, lose weight, and reach fitness goals. Nice people, great variety of classes, they encourage you to push yourself, like the fact that you sign up online for your classes in advance - ensures that you have a spot on a bike/TRX cable, plus makes you show up since you signed up!!!!

I've been with Cathy Gold for over three years. It's the most supportive group of people. Everyone pushes you and encourages you throughout the workouts. I've had knee replacement and all workouts are modified. Through personal training Cathy has helped me build up muscles that have grown week due to my knee. A healthy diet is critical. It's the missing piece for most people. When we turn our eating habits around, everything else starts to fall into place. Over 80% of aches and pains, diseases, and conditions are directly related to the foods we eat. I can help you make the changes you need to make!

I believe in setting and focusing on short term, attainable goals, while keeping the larger picture in focus as well. I believe in empowering my clients to make changes and giving them a sense of accomplishment and pride at each and every session. I don't believe in "no pain no gain" and instead focus on consistency and discipline while learning to balance life's stress and demands with your fitness and health goals. I am a "keep it real" kind of girl!

Realism. First and foremost you have to recognize your potential is not the same as someone else's. We have different body types and backgrounds. We can set goals, and we can work toward them. But we can't expect to be something God never intended us to be. I can help you maximize your potential and feel great about who you are and how you look.

I love the excitement in my clients' faces when they reach a short or long term goal. I love seeing them do something they weren't able to do previously. And I love seeing their confidence and self esteem grow as they become better versions of themselves.

I lost over 80 pounds about 17 years ago. It was life changing for me. I wanted to share that with others. I believe in making things work for people regardless of their schedule, budget, and other barriers. Owning my own business gives me the flexibility to develop individualized programs rather than big-box-formulas. My clients get results.

They shouldn't just based on a website. We should meet! I offer free consultation to see if we "click" and to help you understand how I can best help you. We work together to design a program just for you. If I can't meet your needs, I can help you find someone who can.
