Through Full body exercises, with my signature 5 part components, I can get your weight loss and more lean muscle mass. You can have simple weights - ie water bottles, vegetable cans, bath towels - our complex, I can get you to sweat.

I love being able to get clients moving and doing more than they thought they could. Having an active livestyle is my dream for everyone - whatever that may mean. I now know I am creative with what ever equipment a client may have at home and still make them sweat. Being there to listen to concerns in general and around fitness and nutrition. I help clients implement small changes to get the big wins.

I lost weight in 2014 and gained so much energy I needed an outlet. I joined my local gym to learn how to use the equipment. I am a life long learner so when there was an opportunity to take a personal training prep class I was ready, in 2018. I wanted to help other people feel the energy and satisfaction of gaining health and mobility.

If you are looking for someone who speaks calmly, with specific directions, in person or over Zoom I am your women. If you are looking for CrossFit I am not your women.
I will give you nutrition guidance and weekly homework to get you to your goals.
Nutrition, strength training and cardiovascular training are needed to gain success.

I have been using Zoom since March, 2020 when the gyms were first closed. I still have many clients actively achieving their goals in this environment. Even with some internet connection issues at times I am always able to deliver a 30 - 1 hr session. This is where my creativity comes out.

I wear a facemask 100% of the time when I am in the gym. When I am out in public I wear my mask so that I am safe and protected and do not bring the virus into the gym. I have cleaners at my studio that are certified to kill the Covid-19 virus, similar to the larger gyms. I give verbal instruction and more demonstration to avoid physically touching in-person clients.

1-1 personal training over Zoom. I have been doing Zoom training since March 16, 2020. Confident and comfortable giving proper form guidance over Zoom.
Beginner to intermediate level training. Soap cans to barbells welcome for strength training exercises. Body weight and functional movement.
