Go with the flow yoga and massage offers bespoke yoga and massage sessions helping you to meet your goals, whether they are to increase flexibility, complement an existing exercise regime, strengthen and tone, find peace of mind, or simply to feel better in your own body. Sessions are tailored to your specific requirements. I can come to you or you can come to my studio in South West London. I offer a variety of different styles of yoga, including dynamic vinyasa flow, hatha, restorative, meditation and yoga nidra. I also offer pregnancy and postnatal yoga sessions, as well as sessions that can be done with your baby including stretches for mum and baby. I have benefited so much from taking time out to practice yoga and take care of myself and I am passionate about helping others do the same. Sessions are suitable for complete beginners and also those looking to deepen an existing practice.
