I found Go Let's details via Spareroom and contacted them about a specific room. I was surprised by how quickly they got back to me to arrange a viewing. I arrived at my viewing and my expectations were clearly set (that another potential tenant was also viewing, and what would happen if we both applied for the room).After I had applied for the room I only had to come down once to complete all the paperwork (it would be nice if they accepted that scanned in via email, but understand that nowadays you often have to take the photocopy of the passport yourself for compliance reasons) and then was met on the agreed move in day to be given the key.The rooms (and house) were inspected fairly often and notice was always served of this in the proper manner.If there were ever any problems you felt like you could get hold of them, by text message, during the day and get a fairly quick reply.Generally, in summary, I found them easy to deal with - and a lot of other estate/letting agents can learn a lot from them! Used this agency to find a room to rent while I was contracting in Poole. They arranged a room at a good price and I stayed for 9 months. I had no problems at all with the agency for the duration of my stay and I also got my deposit back in full no hassle when I left.My only gripe is that I wish they would put the names of the people you were talking to on the emails they are sending you when you talk to them so you know who you were actually talking to.I would use this agency again if I was working in Poole again. Insalah!!Dear brothers and sisters. I am so excited to tell you my story and experiences with most honourable company 'Go Let'. I arrive in Bournemouth with no accommodation, my friend Raasheed he recommend 'Go Let' to me. I ask him why. He says,He don't know why. I have very little money no job and no refrence. Go Let say no problem. On first day I come to room. I find there no bed in room. I think this is fine as I have no bed back home. Bath is overflowing with water. I think how kind they have run me bath for my visit. Early on I lock myself out. It no problem as my housemate easily opened my door with his key. Many people sleep in single room downstairs so I make many friend but they don't speK eNGLSIH and they hide when they hear siren. If I forget my key no problem as we all come through window or unlocked back door. I love Boscombe I have only been robbed 3 times in 6 months which is better than Pakistan.
