I had some carpets that I thought were reasonably clean. Â But then Go Boston Carpet came and I realized just how dirty my carpets actually were! (I wish I took before and after photos) Â I had bad experiences in the past with companies not showing up, over charging, and ruining my rugs. Â So I was a little apprehensive to hire "professionals" again but Go Boston were a refreshing surprise. Â They communicated before, after, and during the job to ensure my satisfaction. Â They arrived exactly on time and were very respectful and careful with my space and belongings. They brought older carpets back to life and left them looking brand new. We were recommended Go Boston Carpet by our new neighbor and are really pleased we followed his advice. They came round to provide a quote quickly and brought with him many samples to look through. He was very patient and didn't rush me, it took me ages to decide and I kept holding up the samples to our kitchen work top!! We had laminate flooring through the hall and living room, carpet to our upstairs bedroom and vinyl in our kitchen and utility. Work was carried out promptly and he was on time, really friendly and the quality of the flooring is excellent along with being really good value. Great Service and amazing job !!! We used Go Boston Carpet for one of the rooms in our office. I called them late on a Friday afternoon and I needed the job done that day. We had a guy with us within about a hour. Very friendly and accommodating company. The most important about that - the job was done at a high level. We will be using them again for much larger job. I booked in with Go boston Carpet, based on the positive reviews on this site. Junior is friendly and professional, and knows how best to take care of carpets. My carpets are 4 years old, but hadn't been cleaned. I had a chucky baby, (now a messy toddler), so they were definitely overdue for a clean. I wanted to refresh my furniture so I got an upholstery cleaning service from Go Boston Carpet. The cleaner came right on time at my house and I invited him in. He took in the living room, he got his tools and started with the job. My dog was getting too friendly, though, and kept jumping on the sofa and armchairs as he was cleaning them. He was in good humor about it, but he did ask me to take him to another room while he was working. I didn't take offence, it was understandable. Then, when left alone, he completed the job in no time, leaving my furniture looking like brand new. I'm very impressed with the service and very pleased with the guy cleaner. I booked those guys few days ago. Had no problems to set up date. The cleaning man came on time. He used pretty cool equipment. I had a carpet where my friends kids played, ate and played with food.
