Gneiss offers diverse climbing routes with new ones added weekly but more importantly they provide a place to meet people and build friendships. The staff are some of the nicest people i've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They're super enthusiastic about climbing and they'll go out of their way to help you out and check up on you if you get hurt. Good espresso and gear for purchase at front desk with a wide range of branded clothing in the back. Full weight room upstairs, AC is a bit weak in weight room but there is a fan provided. I love this place. Clean, modern, and the place doesn’t look like a medieval era dungeon. New routes are up every two weeks, and the hours are nice and long. The whole place is really geared towards serious climbers, but it’s a lot of fun if you just love to climb recreationally too. They have kids stuff, classes, competitions, teams, and enough variety in the walls to keep you interested, even if it is kinda small. 10/10 would recommend trying out. More...

I climb at Gneiss regularly; about 3 or 4 times a week. It is a welcoming climbing gym with a variety of climbing surfaces and features. It always seems like it is growing and improving. The community is filled with motivated climbers who want to get better and stronger, and it is inspiring to be around.
