I would like to say that I booked a groupon deal for a boiler service and Carl the engineer who came out was very professional totally knew his stuff and found a fault with my boiler. He ordered the part for it and returned to fix it and complete the service as we had no heating and no hot water. The service was excellent and at one point he stayed very late till almost 10pm to complete the job!! I can't stress enough how fantastic this company is. I have waited over a year to leave this review as I remained sceptical whether or not they had actually fixed my boiler. I have lived at my property for 6 years and for 6 years I have had nothing but Trouble with my boiler and every engineer that visited made out that the boiler was on its last legs and I needed a new one or said they'd fixed it and they hadn't. . Bear in mind that the boiler is only 8 years old. Anyway G M A C Plumbing come out to do a service for me and in the process diagnosed exactly what the fault was. They also came out within a week to fix the problem in literally 45 minutes if that. The price was honestly remarkably low considering what work was involved. I was that happy with the job that I had them install a radiator in my lounge of which I was more than happy with. I can report that after their work on my boiler it has been absolutely brilliant. So good was the fix that I haven't even had to top up the water pressure in the boiler all this time. I was surprised at their prices compared to what I had been charged for other engineers to come out and waste my time. I have friends and family that now use them as a result and I would not consider having anyone else look at any of my gas appliances. Apologies for taking this long to review but I wanted to make sure my boiler was fixed. As you can see I am over the moon with the work that you did. The professionalism and friendliness of all your staff that I have come into contact with has also made my experience that bit better. To be honest I can't thank this company enough. I fully recommend GMAC. Have used them several times over recent years to move or replace radiators and was well pleased with service given last year with a supply and installion of a new boiler. Last week we had a rush job on as we needed a radiator replacing with something a bit smaller before our wardrobe fitters were due in. Mark in the office ensured an engineer attended site in plenty of time to get the job done and we were well pleased with the work under taken by Johnny, the engineer in question. Have used Gmac for several jobs and would recommend them to anyone. Have had a boiler fixed in a previous property, with a swift and efficient response from the member of staff sent out.
