They have different classes from Monday to Friday, mostly during the day but if you work during day time like me I would recommend going for their afternoon classes which are at 6:30 and 7:30. They have certified trainers very nice and willing to work with you at your own pace. I started with a free class last Thursday and will continue to go during the week according to my schedule. For now, I believe they don't offer classes over the weekend. The place is fairly new so I imagine that this will happen some time in the near future. Compared to other places within the area their price is affordable. Currently, you pay 8 months for $100 and get the other 4 months free. No contracts so you can drop from the place whenever you want without penalties. More...
