I visited Dorota this evening to have eyelash extensions as I wanted a full, thick look that I had not particularly had been given before visiting other services and had seen the type of lashes she could do from Facebook photos. Upon messaging Dorota she had me booked in very quickly despite how busy she is. She was so professional and welcoming, and made sure she understood fully what I wanted before she started. 5 weeks ago I decided to have my eyebrows done with semi permanent makeup and that was the best decision I have made in a very long time! The last 14 years I have been embarrassed and ashamed of my eyebrows and had to put make up on every day to feel normal or slightly feminine. It was so bad that sometimes it would stop me from doing things and even staying at friends house would be a bit of a worry as I didn't want anyone to see me all natural. Since 5 weeks ago it all changed thanks to Dorota who is just amazing at what she does. I now feel pretty,girly and even go outside without any makeup on. The whole procedure is pretty much painless and Dorota makes it enjoyable and very relaxing. After years of debating whether or not to get my eyebrows done with semi permanent make up, I heard of Dorota through a friend who had hers done there and was very pleased with the result, so I went to meet Dorota and was welcomed in a warm lovely salon and Dorota is absolutely lovely made me feel very at ease, she answered all my questions and assured me she would do everything in her power to make sure I get the final result I wanted. Today the day came and I finally got them done after years of thinking about it and I absolutely love them they have completely transformed my face making me look younger and the best bit is they look so natural. Having had semi Permemant make up done before mine was looking faded and tired. I booked in to get my eyebrows touched up and was so impressed with the result I immediately booked back in for eyeliner too. Dorota is a true professional and takes a lot of time to make sure you are completely comfortable with the results. Semi permanent make up is a scary thing but I 100% trust Dorota as she really cares about making sure you get a perfect result that still looks natural. I can not say enough good things about Dorota and her Glowing Lady business. Dorota has changed my life! That may sound dramatic but it's so true. I had such little confidence before meeting her and that's all changed now.
Firstly the work she does is incredible. You won't find anyone better. Everything is done to such a professional standard with the best products and she takes so much time and care to ensure your happy with the results!
Secondly Dorota is such a lovely person. She is kind and sweet and really goes above and behind to make you feel good. She takes time to explain every procedure and offers suggestions and advice to ensure you love how you look. Not only that but she's soooo kind. She's so uplifting and really works to boost your confidence. She takes such pride in what she does and you'll never feel like just a client.

I have had Russian lashes with other lash techs but none of them compare to the ones Dorota has done for me! I haven’t lost one lash, they still look full and fluttered after 2 weeks! I had my eyebrows done a couple of days ago - microbladed + microshaded and couldn’t be happier with the results! Dorota listened to exactly what I wanted and also gave her professional opinion so I’d end up with the best results for me. Any nerves I might have had were gone after a matter of minutes as Dorota talked me through everything and was very friendly. The procedure itself was painless and I actually struggled to stay awake �.
Dorota was very friendly but also very professional I was given written instruction of how to take care of my eyebrows after.
They healing very well no itchiness no redness I’m absolutely 100% happy with the service I received and with all the advice from Dorota.
