Love the Glow Fitness in Gimli! So nice to be able to go 24/7 and do a workout. I call it a combination of a gym/retreat/spa! Very warm and welcoming ambiance

I never used to be a 'gym goer' but had to start taking my health seriously. I liked that the gym was womens only and always see cars outside. I was greeted by the personable staff who have helped me stick to my food and fitness routine. Most importantly, I'm seeing results!! I'm held accountable, have mentors and now friends who keep me showing up. I've since received a 100 day workout shirt, cant wait to get to the next fitness milestone with the help of this little community. P.s. there always draws for prizes and little perks along the way. I wanted to check out Glow Fitness myself as I had heard some great things! I am beyond impressed! The prices are reasonable the environment is clean and inviting. I am greeted and assisted by amazing staff who are pleasant and positive with great work ethic. I have all the equipment available that I would ever possibly need and have been having efficient and effective gym sessions. So happy to have this gym nearby to use at any time of day, which works perfectly with my shift work. I personally love the themed yoga classes where I can invite friends or family to come along. Wonderful safe and uplifting space, which is so important to me, as I feel the most vulnerable when working out. It definitely helps that the space is so cute and the lighting can be changed to reflect the mood of the day, I love that because it makes me smile every time! Also the yoga room floor is heated, *gasp*, that makes me feel like I'm in a high class spa, when I'm not paying high class prices. Keep up the good work Glow! More...

I moved here recently with my girlfriend. We are both pretty active, and know what we want in a gym. She has really taken to Glow in the short time we have lived here. Really enjoy this gym! The workouts are efficient, so I really can't make any excuses not to go. I love the personable staff, they really took the time to go over everything with me and answer all my questions during my initial training visit. You can tell they take time with each member so that it is a positive experience from the beginning. The yoga was like no yoga I have experienced. Small classes, so I wasn't left alone wondering if I was holding a position right, the instructor also offered personalized positions for my needs. I absolutely loved the lemongrass towel at the end. A totally new workout experience for me! Such positive vibes right when you walk in the door. The staff are super supportive, the yoga is very unique (yoga and poetry! !) and it seems well managed.
