The service was outstanding and made what is one of the most stressful things ( moving home ) a smooth process we had a couple of hiccups along the way but these were dealt with in a very professional and quick manner to move the chain along. We've just completed on our sale and purchase and would recommend Katie Payne at Glover Priest.
Unlike other conveyancers (from other firms) in the chain, Katie got things done quickly and efficiently and also responded promptly to communication and questions asked.
When she was off for a couple of days she didn't just leave my file unattended but made sure someone else (Musrat) was there to oversee what was going on and act as point of contact.
She also dealt with my rising anxiety during the final tense weeks in a friendly and patient manner, which was much appreciated and made me feel valued.
Katie then followed up after completion to check how things were.
