One of the best company. My air conditioning NEST System stopped to work. I called Glors. Mister Patel answered the phone immediately. Informed that he is coming in less than 15 minutes. Fast fix, honest, friendly and while fixing he was explaining to me the reasons of the sudden shut down. I recommend everyone to deal with him. You will not regret it. This company is FANTASTIC ! They showed up exactly when they said they would and also notified me 15 minutes before they arrived like they said they would do. They were clean, very respectful and efficient. Pintu took the time to explain to me what the issue was and offered some cleaning tips as well for my outside unit. He spent the time to walk through everything and I was quoted a price before anything was done which was an excellent price. I had the opportunity to meet Patel today as my heater wasn't working.
Fearing that being a snow day all technicians would inflate their prices, i decided to put my trust in Patel to get the job done based on the positive reviews I read. Patel came in, did is diagnostic and explained to me as to what the problem was. Long story short he managed to get the motor that I needed and repaired the furnace within a timely fashion. With the little time that we spoke I can say that he is trustworthy, honest, and definitely delivers when it comes to fair prices. I will be using him for future services and highly recommend him to anyone that's in need of service. Patel if you do read this, I'd like to say Thank you.

Called Glors and was quickly setup with an appointment the next day to repair my furnace. Patel showed up and quickly diagnosed the defective part within the furnace. He ordered the part and was back the same afternoon to complete the installation. He also did a CO check around the furnace and provided troubleshooting tips. I found GLORS via the Google Reviews. The furnace decided that it did not want to start which is never great in the winter.
Called him in the morning and he was at my home in less than 4 hours. All I can say is that Patel really earns his excellent reputation. Very positive and a straight shooter. I highly recommend him - professional and thorough.
A quick follow up. The furnace decided it’s time was up. Within 5 hours of calling Mr Patel, he had us up and running. He took care of the paperwork for the rebates and reminded us to register the furnace.

Very responsive and professional. We got his company from an online reference that showed his reviews as being perfect. I have not seen that for a long time so was a little suspicious. But after his visit I do believe all the other 5 star ratings. He is polite, efficient and honest as he could have told us that the sensor needed changing but instead he cleaned and we are back in business with good heat.
