My partner and I recently visited Montreal and visited with the wonderful owner of Global Diamond Montreal. We were interested in having custom wedding bands made and had in our minds what we wanted them to look like. Dr. Diamond spent quite a long time with us going over the design, materials and the production process. We did visit other jewelers in the area but were most comfortable with Global Diamond Montreal. Throughout the design and production process we were kept informed of the status and progress of the rings. The final result - absolutely beautiful and exactly what we had wanted. I randomly stumbled into their hidden gem store (by Fate! ) and they instantly welcomed me into their family. My experiences with Global Diamond Montreal have always been outstanding. The provision of their sales execution model (customer service, pre-sales and after sales) is something out of this world. The first time I walked in, I was received with open arms. They offered me some coffee and biscuit which made me feel comfortable straight away. I was looking for an engagement ring for my partner and the owner took notes of every single detail in order to fulfill my requirements. Their diamonds are stunning! You can clearly see they are passionate about their products and their customers. Everything they do is perfection! I even bought my wedding ring there a few months ago. I couldn't come pick it up on time as I'm getting married abroad so they offered to send it to me with the best possible insurance and carrier so I could get it tracked and receive it in time. The owner went to the shipping carried all by himself to make sure it is sent without any risks. To me, this really goes to show they will do the extra mile for all of their customers. Once upon a time there was a Queen that dreamed of having a beautiful diamond ring for her birthday. Her King knew exactly what she would love and went shopping at an amazing place called Global Diamond Montreal. There he told the merchant exactly what he wanted for his Queen. The merchant (Dr. Diamond and his Princess Janet) designed a unique and beautiful diamond ring! The King brought his Queen to the store and they picked up the ring. When Dr. Diamond opened the little blue box with the beautiful blue ribbon to show the Queen the ring, she gasped with surprise! Tears began flowing down her cheeks! Never had she seen such a phenomenal ring! It had 5 beautiful, bright diamonds that shone so bright! And when she looked at the side of the ring she saw that it was in a design of a crown, just like the one she wore!That is just a glimpse of the amazing experience we had at Global Diamond Montreal. Wow! I had such a great experience here! Not only do they have a wide selection but they have great prices. It was less than a week to my wedding and being the procrastinator I am, I had not bought a ring for my husband yet. All jewelers I went to required minimum a week long wait to get a ring ordered in my husband's size. Global Diamond delivered within TWO days. And the owner knew exactly what I wanted based on a short phone call with him. and I was VAGUE. but he had his team make TWO rings in my husband's size so I can choose between the two--both of which were great! Such a professional and a very kind-hearted person. He felt bad he closes his store at 4:30 and even contemplated having it open for me to visit after work. You can tell they really value their customer and their experiences. I mean when you are dealing with jewelry that have sentimental value, it should be the company's #1 priority, which in Global Diamond's case it is! They were exceptional in that department!
