I am new to the area and found this office to be in the right location for work and home as I'm always on the go. It had been awhile since I had taken the time to get a cleaning and check up. I found the office very clean, professional, the staff friendly and most of all I was impressed with the technology. After my cleaning during my exam with Dr Winn I was put at ease knowing he had reviewed my entire mouth. Together we built a plan as to what I needed to do first all the way through to refreshing some of my older dental work. This office works with my insurance and was able to map out my care. I'm now on my 3rd visit and couldn't be more comfortable. I don't usually write reviews but saw what some others have posted and I wondered if we even went to the same place. Staff are amazing ! From start to finish, Will for sure make this my new dental home. Karen was very gently while taking my x-rays knowing how much pain I was in. I'm not a patient of Glo Dental but I would like to say what a nice front office you have. I left a voicemail late last night explaining that I was in so much pain. I got a phone call first thing this morning around 9:00 from Nikki, Very nice and sorry she was calling on a Sunday but she was very concerned about me being in pain. I went over everything with her, She offered to have the Doctor come in today or first thing tomorrow morning but after talking with her more. I realized they aren't in network with the state insurance plan & She was very willing to work with me but I'm not in a place where I can pay . Even after that Nikki gave me a few clinics that do take state health plans. I have called around before and never had anyone go that extra mile to help. I came in for an emegency visit. Nikki the front office manager was very friendly and prompt in getting me in the same day. I want to personally thank Dr. Winn for not only fixing my issue. I always get super anxious when I have to have any form of dental work done, and they were so kind to me about it! They let me cry, helped me out with the nitrous, and even had someone hold my hand through the whole appointment. Not only were they kind, but they were quick and very skilled. I've never left a dentist feeling better taken care of. They were also kind enough to work with me on a payment plan since I don't currently have insurance. Dr. Ronald Winn, his hygienist, and the receptionist/scheduler were all wonderful. I needed to get into a dentist quickly, while on medical leave and they got me in within a week for my initial appointment. He extracted and replaced several cracked fillings in 2 appointments. Pain was minimal and the music trivia conversation between the dentist and hygienist was entertaining. I have since moved out of state but highly recommend Glo Dental. They are conveniently located in West Seattle, have covered parking (free) and are located just off the bus line on Avalon. More...

I was in need of a dentist after moving and Glo was right around the corner. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I went it for a routine cleaning, it had been a while and my gums weren't in the best shape and I needed to go back twice for dental scraping (eeek) and a filling! My insurance was about to run out at the end of the month and Glo was able to accommodate my needs and get all my appointments in before my insurance ran out! I had the scraping done and a cavity filled, obviously they weren't totally enjoyable but the staff at Glo made me feel comfortable and they were gentle while working in my mouth! Glo Dental was amazing. They were so fast with getting me in and working with my insurance. The staff is professional and very kind and welcoming. The office is right near to where i live which is a bonus. The offices were so new and modern i felt papered and like i was at a spa. The cleaning i had was painless and quick. Doctor Winn has a great personality easy to understand and explained everything to me clearly with his concern being my comfort and dental health. This was my first time with Glo. The Nikki and the staff were fast and worked with my insurance wonderfully. My cleaning went amazing no pain and stress. The place is so modern and clean. the equipment is new and Doctor Winn was knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns.
