The best teacher I have learnt from she is very calm knowledgeable patient with everyone she will make sure that you have understood the lesson before moving on I am glad that she happened to be my teacher she has motivated me and everyone to do well in such a small space of time I would highly recommend anyone who wants to study any of the courses they have here like 18th edition, 2391 etc thank you Wendy for making me get this far its all down to your teaching skills

Pretty cool customers are now my number 1 air conditioning company to go too!!! My aircon started leaking in the photographic studio my wife owns and we got advice that it needed changing!

Exceptionally neat and tidy! Fantastic team that worked so professionally we hardly knew there were there! Overall from start to finish - totally satisfied. Can't recommend Pretty Cool Customers highly enough! Also, had the privilege of having some personal home work done with the same crew several months ago, and again the work was amazing! No complications at all - even down to the best piece of equipment for the job - just leave it to the experts!! The tidying up afterwards left us speechless! What do you love most about your job?
We love a challenge. The easier installations and repairs are fine, but we like to be challenged and put our experience to the test
What inspired you to start your own business?
Glenn started the company as a Sole trader in 2009 as he had enough knowledge from running a nationwide contract for Nation Grid over 250 sites. He then worked as a project manager and learnt the trade from a different angle. Once the company had a serious amount of momentum, Don Raghip joined as a partner in 2013.

Between the team we have a vast knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Fully insured to £10m and all of our engineers and apprentices go through the full City and Guilds training and all hold F-Gas qualifications
