The service I've received at my flat has been of consistently high quality, and I've been very happy with the communication, punctuality and booking process etc.
Last time, unfortunately a lamp was broken in my bedroom... I made Gleem aware of this and within a few days they had bought me a replacement AND dropped it off in person at my office. They weren't kidding when they said they had a customer happiness team!

From first picking up the phone I received nothing less than a 5 star inventory clerk service for a quote that puts their competition to shame. Overall I'm very satisfied. I tried a similar service once before, and it was cheaper... but I got what I paid for.
In this case, Sam did an amazing job--working very hard for just over two hours.
(This is all based on just my first experience. But I will be using Gleem/Sam again.)

After having quite a lot of building work done, I was keen to have the house deep cleaned as I needed a break from cleaning dust!
I found Gleem online and found the website and booking process really straightforward. I had emails and texts from the company telling me my booking had been successful and reminders of the appointment. Our cleaner was early and really friendly and polite. He did a fantastic job, was really thorough and wasn't put off by the large amount of dust hiding in the corners.
I would recommend Gleem and will definitely use them again.

How long have you been in business?
Gleem has been in business for nearly 5 years - we started in 2014 focusing on domestic cleaning solely and then quickly expanded into commercial cleaning as well.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
For all commercial cleaning:
Less than 4 hours per week: no supplies provided
4 - 6 hours per week: all cleaning products provided except vacuum cleaner
6 + hours per week: all supplies provided
Domestic cleaning:
Recurring cleans: no cleaning supplies provided
Deep cleans: option of supplies being provided and brought by the cleaner
Move in/move out: all supplies provided by Gleem
By recurring customers providing their supplies we can ensure that there us absolutely no cross contamination, no unfriendly chemicals being used and it also allows us to recruit cleaners who can commute via bus, cycling or walking. This gives us far more fantastic cleaners all over Bristol giving us much more capacity!
What do you love most about your job?
Giving people time back - so often the most important things can be neglected. By booking with Gleem, we give you time back to do those things that you struggle to find the time for!
Empowering our cleaners - so often cleaning companies re-enforce the narrative that cleaning is a dead end job that isn't truly appreciated. We know, just as you do, that GREAT cleaners are hard to come by and incredibly valuable! We want to find the best cleaners and reward them as much as possible!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting to help people - Gleem have BIG dreams. The goal is to employ thousands, all over the country! So often, cleaning companies treat their staff as being expendable, providing poor pay, no progression, no support and no training. We wanted to set a new standard in a truly archaic industry by giving a platform for under appreciated cleaners to 'Gleem', pun absolutely intended!

We truly care - we're a local company with aspirations of empowering as many people through cleaning. We want to abolish the stigma that comes with cleaning and give our amazing staff the platform they deserve to grow!
