Francis came and cleaned our oven today after we moved into a house that had clearly never cleaned their oven. We had tried oven pride, Mr Muscle and after over 5 hours of elbow grease we gave up. What do you love most about your job?
Satisfaction is gained from happy customers, together with seeing the results of our labours, with a oven going, sometimes from being ready to be thrown out to being nearly new again.
This is also environmentally friendly, as less appliances are thrown in the skip!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After being offered voluntary redundancy. I wanted to be my own boss, and a customer based service gives a great deal of satisfaction.
