Having placed an order with this company and heard nothing about status of my order and paid the extra for next day delivery i attempted to call, no answer . so i sent a text message asking why no reply and that their Face Book page was getting bad publicity .. immediately received invoice for my order and that it was being processed ..Fingers crossed i get more info on delivery .. I purchased a circles coffee table which, unfortunately, had a scratch on the top layer on delivery. I immediately reported this by e mail to Glass Vault furniture with photographs of the damage and received a most polite response and a promise to send a replacement top within 2 to 3 weeks. This duly arrived yesterday and was closely inspected to ensure there was no damage to the new delivery. The table has now been re fitted and looks amazing! Glass Vault Furniture personnel have shown every courtesy throughout and I heartily recommend this company for reliability and good service. More...

It was easy to choose exactly what we wanted because the descriptions and pictures were so good. The prices proved to be far less than we had expected. Ordering was easy and straightforward with the delivery being actioned in very good time. Packaging was excellent with very easy to follow assembly instructions. We ordered Axel table and 6 amari grey designer chairs and the delivery was prompt as promised .we were phoned beforehand so we could be here to take delivery, delivery boys were very helpful,amazing service and the chairs look fantastic. I ordered the Plisset Large dining table with 8 Armani chairs and Plisset coffee table. I received my order just over a week after ordering - which I was very impressed with as I live in the South West corner of Cornwall! I first saw Glass Vault's Alba glass dining table last May, having searched for this kind of table for some time and finding them all just a bit too expensive. The Alba glass dining table was elegant and unfussy, just the right length and size, and best of all, it was less expensive than any of the others shown on line. I ordered it - and was a little alarmed when I was told that I would have to wait three months for it. Well, I have to say that when the Alba glass dining table finally arrived last week, it was well worth waiting for. The simple design meant that it was not difficult to assemble, it is strong and simple but very stylish.
