Our philosophy is to listen to our clients. We want to find out what you are struggling with. Determine what needs to be done to reach the goal. I had a great experience with kiwifit. I felt very comfortable in the classes as there is no pressure to “keep up” and you can work off your own pace. I had a fantastic 4 months in Kiwifit. All the trainers keep you motivated and push you all the time. They are also very friendly and nice to deal with. A fantastic set up where you are treated with courtesy and respect by Jessie and the team immediately on your 1st consultation. I have completed 7 weeks of classes in kiwifit and am delighted with the results. I was always so self conscious and dreaded the thought of going to a gym, but KiwiFit has taught me about correct form and technique. I used to weigh myself all of the time and I thought that not eating would help lose weight but now I know exactly what I should be eating before and after the gym. I signed up for Kiwifit's 3 week kick-start programme and I was so surprised at how much I achieved! Kiwifit has changed my whole outlook on working out and eating healthy! Jessie is the most helpful and pleasant person to be around, she had me at ease from my first consultation! No question was ever stupid. In three weeks, I learned so much about correct form, where different exercises target, how to get the most from them, and I dropped lbs and inches all over, and my overall body fat came down by 2%! � not only that, but because i was eating healthy, my entire family started to make better choices! I did the kickstarter program in October just before I went away travelling and it was amazing. The instructors are great, especially Jessie. I gained a lot of strength for my backpacking trip and lost over 3% body fat in just 3 weeks. I would highly recommend this place over a standard gym. I joined Kiwifit in April of this year. I'd never been to a gym before and chose Kiwifit mostly because of the small class sizes, great reviews plus it's on my route home from work. I have been going for the last four months and the difference it has made in my life is unbelievable. My son got sick so with the stress and everything I put on a lot of weight so I joined to lose a few pounds but it's now more than just loosing weight. I take time out for myself which I've never done. I have a positive outlook on life, I feel physically and mentally stronger and I gave up cigarettes cold turkey. I never thought I could do that. I have just completed the kickstart programme which has 4 classes a week for 3 weeks for €99! I started with kiwi fit because I felt that I was stuck at certain weight and size since I was born�. I've never done semi personal training before so I didn't know what to expect. And I was sooooo surprised how much I loved it! The trainers are so personable and it's such a friendly environment to train in! You don't only learn techniques but about nutrition as well which was a huge plus for me. Soooooo...here goes! I'm your typical excuse maker! Join a gym, go for a week or two then stop because the time doesn't suit, it's too hard, I'm sick, I'm in work, blah blah blah... This was my third time joining Kiwifit for the 3 week kick-start programme, not getting past the first week the first two times. It would have been so easy for the staff to roll their eyes, say "oh here she is again" and not really bother to coach me, knowing I would be gone soon. But they're not like that in Kiwifit. No matter how many tries it takes you to get there, they will welcome you each time with open arms & no judgement because they actually want to see you succeed as much as you want it yourself. I really love the new set up in the gym, I find there is much more space to move around and the new exercises look really easy - UNTIL YOU DO THEM!!!! At times during your work out you think "that's it, I'm done!" but the trainers know better! They push you to your limits and make you realise you have so much more to give! They tell you to plank for 30 seconds and when you reach 30 you push yourself to try for 45+ just because you know you can! I could barely hold a plank for 10 seconds when I first started! The fact that there are only 4-5 to a session makes this gym even more appealing! I always worry about the fact that I'm going to be the biggest person there, but with such a small group of people, the fear goes away and you soon realise that everyone is so focused on counting their reps & trying to breathe that they don't even notice anyone around them! Nor do you notice them! And the fact is, everyone is there for the same reason - to improve themselves, be it lose weight, gain weight, tone up etc... A huge big thanks to Stephen & Ian especially as most of my sessions have been with them, they are both fantastic trainers! Also to Cathy & Rachel for getting me going at the start! But the biggest thanks of all goes to Jessie - who I have been dealing with from my first ever consultation a few years ago. Thanks to her patience, motivation and dedication to my success, I now feel like I am becoming a better version of me! I'm thrilled at my results from my first ever fully completed 3 week kick-start (Gonna stick my results on the fridge!!) and really can't wait to get going on the next few weeks. I started training at Kiwifit as I had heard about how good the training was and the instruction of the coaches. My most important goals were to lose weight and improve my quality of life. I lost 20kg in total (44pounds) dropped 6 Inches off my stomach, improved self-esteem, and changed to a healthier lifestyle. I love the dedication from the trainers and the nice training environment. Kiwifit gave me what I thought impossible; I lost weight, got fit and now have a healthy life. Well, going to the gym for some is like having a cup of tea after dinner, or a shower in the morning, it is something that the majority of us wish we could just take in our stride and that it becomes part of our weekly routine. It can be something we try & for most of us, something we end up dumping! So why is Kiwifit different? Before I entered the doors of Kiwifit, I was one of those people who joined numerous gyms, boot camps, weekly dance classes, to end up back on the couch! Why? Not because I didn't believe in the health factors or that it was good for me to go but, because I felt invisible as I was no longer the newbe, I could hide in the crowd, and it was easy for me to give up, nobody cared, not even the yearly membership prepaid! The couch was calling me & relaxation was more comfortable! When a work friend of mine asked me if I was interested in going to Kiwifit, I was a bit nervous was this going to be the same ol' story, get me in the door, take my money, and forget about me as soon as someone else follows behind! But my friend reassured me that Kiwifit was different, she loved it, the amount of time the instructors spent with you, the motivation they gave & that there was nowhere to hide! Also I could see a huge change in her since she joined, she was really getting toned & seemed less stressed, which is good for the jobs we have! For me I needed to be less stressed, lose weight, get toned and fit. So I agreed to try out a free trial class. I really liked it, especially that there was only the two of us at the session, the instructor was sound & it only took 30 minutes. I was sold, I liked the fact it was a quick session, only a handful of clients at a time, facilities were good & instructors were nice. So I signed up for the Kickstart programme were I first met Jessie. She was so welcoming & put me at ease, talked through my goals & made a realistic plan for me. I got started & the first few weeks were hard, really hard but I felt great, even though managing the stairs was a struggle! Lol. I was really seeing the benefits. The instructors are all so nice, they greet & get to know you, while always motivating you to do more. Due to a winter flu, I missed a few days, and the couch was become my new friend again until I got the phone call!!!! It was Jessie, with her upbeat manner just checking in with me to see if everything was OK as I hadn't been to the gym. This was the most important phone call I ever got, after rekindling my bad relationship with the couch, I was falling off the fitness wagon, but because Kiwifit cares about their clients & Jessie's get well wishes while motivating my return was all I needed. Weather you want to loose weight tone up or simply get fit this is the place for you. Going to an ordinary gym can be good for some people but not everybody motivation is one of the hardest things to do in the gym not a lot of people can motivate themselves to train but the trainers here are absolutely excellent everyone of them myself and my wife both train at the gym and the difference in us is unbelievable I can't thank the guys enough

I was always so obsessed with the scales, but all the guys at Kiwifit Glasnevin taught me that if your clothes are fitting that little bit better, and you're starting to get some serious muscle definition, who cares what the scale says!? I've lost 4% body fat and counting, and that's only since January. I love the 30 minute sessions, they're over before you know it, and the fact that I can get it out of the way at 6.30am before work means I have the whole day to myself. Been going to the Gym since the start and could not go without as its now part of daily routine before work and its a suberb start to the day, even tho on some days whether its very cold or very hot or im tired I still make it to the Gym and ALWAYS feel better and glad I did, the Team are a Positive bunch if Motivators, look forward to a new year and a new transformer body for 2015!
