How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Although we specialise in Scottish street food we understand every client is unique and we are here to create the perfect menu with them in mind. Discussing their expectations and what we feel would work well for their event is the best way to do this, communication is key and with out extensive knowledge and passion for food we can provide the best menu for each individual.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating and serving unique,delicious and fun food for our clients to enjoy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been to many uninspiring events and found that the catering in no way showcased the amazing wealth of Scottish food & drink that is right on our door step. We decided to start a company that would be to take old classic Scottish dishes and modernise them, with unique flavor pairing combinations and modern cooking techniques to order to show people that they could really experience the essence of Scottish cooking at its finest, but done in a unique and creative way that doesn't need to break the bank.
