I had the LVL lashes done with Melissa - she is very friendly , knowledgeable and accommodating! I’m very happy with the final result (only suggestion would be to make sure that the sticky residue is removed thoroughly after the treatment as my eyelids got a little stuck) but apart from that: top job!!!

I think I should start this review by saying that hands down, I am a hairdresser's worst nightmare: I'm terrified of getting my hair cut and I don't normally know what I want done or how to explain it. I spend most of the haircut looking moodily into the mirror because I'm scared I'm going to hate it. Today's haircut at Gloss Hair and Beauty was quite possibly the best haircut I've ever had. My stylist, Ellie, knew what I wanted better than I did! I came out feeling like a million dollars (when, normally, even with the best of haircuts, I'm at best, melancholy!). In addition to the great haircut, everyone in the salon was super friendly and down to earth. One of my pet peeves is pretentious hair salons where the stylists act superior but actually don't have a clue. Gloss was the complete opposite - down to earth, incredibly friendly stylists who really know how to cut and style hair. Thank you Ellie, I will be back for sure! More...

I came here for highlitghs and haircut and I really recommend it.

I've been going to Lise for about 5 years and recommend her every chance I get. All I can say is she is fantastic. She really listens to what you want and advises you as to what will / will not work. Any friends that have been have also spoken highly. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else now. More...
