DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON. It is Rozy's policy to pay one day before the services are to be rendered, we paid her A MONTH in advance. Two (2 )weeks after we paid her in full, everything gets shut down due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, so instead of Rozy Ballas providing a refund knowing she would not be providing the services we paid for, she kept the money and never gave us a refund. DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR BUSINESS. She is a thief and I am sure as a small business she received PPP monies under the CARES ACT for this specific business reason, yet refused to provide the refund of $785. She mocked the bride and bullied her into raising the prices when the bride asked Rozy if she would be able to provide the service on the new date which was moved to Oct and yet again because of Coronavirus will have to be canceled. She's nasty and rude and unprofessional, all her transactions are via text and her behavior is tacky and ghetto.
She was recommended to me by two girlfriends that are attorneys so I thought she was a serious business person, but she is not. The bride has cried every single day because her moment is ruined and this is the type of vendor that causes hurt heartache and distress and has no respect for another person and what they might be going through.
