I really enjoy a business relationship where there is seamless communications. I had a buyer that
used GJ Gardner. I informed them that I wanted correspondence that we sent to the buyer sent to me as well so that I could follow the process. This they did. I never felt like a bother. They were always cordial and they worked well with my buyer. They were patient and worked to satisfy my client's want and needs. Given the opportunity I will highly reccommend them. More...

Bill and his dynamite Adam's County team built our mountain-modern ranch "forever home" in Golden. We live near Lookout Mountain and needed a builder that took care of the entire process while we packed up and sold our previous home. I was referred by a close friend of ours that had built with GJ in Franktown - We had an A+ experience. They have an eye for design and functionality that we couldn't be more grateful for. We had a great time at the design centers! We did have a few issues with weather/inspection delays, tile installed in an incorrect bathroom and minor cabinet scratches that are expected.. The tile was caught immediately and corrected by GJ, weather was out of our control at this elevation. Our project manager found the final repairs with us at our walkthrough and had everything corrected before closing day (with the exception of the cabinet doors that needed reordering) We've had a few expected 1-year warranty items that needed repair and the fridge ice maker was replaced by Samsung.
