There was something about Lucy from the minute we met at the Newmarket Wedding Show that made me know that I wanted her to do the flowers for our wedding at Quendon Hall on 10th May.
Dave and I both had our own ideas on the flowers, colours and the displays for the day and with Lucy's help of simple little tweaks here and there, everything turned out perfect.
I can't recommend Lucy enough for wedding flowers. There is that personal touch with everything and even though I sent a lot of messages, some late at night, Lucy was always quick to reply to everything.
Even the little touch of seeing her late at night when the wedding was wrapping up ;)

I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU, although words aren't enough to say how beautiful my wedding flowers are, they smelt divine and were the first thing to set me off with the tears, breathtaking, colors and flowers and scents that I wanted, and even the fruit I wanted to give it that extra pop of color and unusualness which made my eldest daughter very happy as half way through the evening spotted one and pipes up " oh mommy look a plumb can I eat it" yes and she sat and munched through it. I had so many complements on them, even the loose suculents and flowers for the cake was just gorgeous. I genuinely could not of been happier.
Lucy you are amazing a little mastermind to put all my crazy ideas together, even catching my now husband And making sure his and the other men had their buttonholes on correctly.
You are a beautiful creative lady that made my day that bit more purple and perfect.

My husband and I ordered a bouquet for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day from The Flower House. We used their online order form since we are out of the country and it was incredibly easy. They emailed us when they had received our request and we called them with our payment info. We decided to go this route instead of ordering from an FTD (or online order) florist in hopes that the bouquet would be better quality. I'm happy to say that my mother-in-law sent a photo of the bouquet and it was above and beyond our expectations. She was delighted and said it smelled wonderful. More...

I have been ordering flowers each year in July for many years. I call from Melbourne Australia and have had excellent service each time. This year I discussed including wine with the flowers and was told that you did'nt supply wine yourselves but was given the name of a wine merchant down the road. The person on the phone told me to call her back and confirm the wine purchase and that she would collect it and make sure it was delivered with the flowers. I thought this was amazing wonderful service and I really appreciated that extra effort that you went to.. My friend was delighted with both the flowers and the wine and I was delighted with the friendly efficient and impressive service.Thank you for going the extra mile,and for making my friends birthday so special.
