Tania and her team catered for our wedding at Blairquhan Castle and from the moment I spoke with Tania I knew we were in safe hands. She curated the most beautiful menu for us to capture the excitement of our bonfire night wedding (homemade ginger bread adorned with miniature toffee apple and popping candy anyone?!). The meal, canapés and evening food looked and tasted delicious. Tania made everything so personal for us and she couldn't have done more to make sure we got everything we wanted from decorating our pudding with flowers freshly picked from Tania's garden to dipping our champagne flutes in gold glitter to ensure all our guests left with a little sparkle. Ginger Snap catered for our wedding at Aikwood Tower last week. The food was gorgeous - absolutely delicious, different from what we usually get at other weddings and so relaxed. We also appreciated that they adapted their menu to the season, so we had not only food that we liked but also food that complemented the time of year. They were also flexible to any needs we had such as any specific dietary requirements. We had a vegan guest who greatly enjoyed her food and was given a lot to choose from. Ginger Snap catered for our wedding in Glasgow a few weeks ago and everything was beyond amazing! We have had so many guests contact us to say how impressed they were with not just the food ( I will come on to that later ), but how lovely your team were! They all struck just the right balance of friendliness and kindness, with outmost professionalism and excellent service practice. Nothing was too much trouble and they all really seemed to be enjoying themselves which is fantastic to see.

Our event manager, Mary, was amazing! She made everything seem so effortless and is so much fun to work with! In short, Ginger Snap made whole process a complete joy!


Last but by no means, least the food! Three weeks on from our wedding and people are still raving about the food. It was all absolutely delicious. Non-fish lovers are now converts thanks to our delicious sea bream main and a non-chocolate lover made a point of letting us know that they polished off the uber chocolatey dessert with glee! Those with special dietaries have also individually approached us to say how fantastic their meals were. A celiac friend was particularly impressed and said this was the first event in ages where she felt like she wasn't an inconvenience and that her meal was just as special and made with just as much care as everyone else's. I have lost count of the people who have said that this was the best wedding food they have ever had as well as a number of 'best wedding ever' comments.

I could go on, but in a nutshell, Mary and her team played a huge part in making our wedding the best day of our lives and we can't thank them enough for that. More...

Ginger Snap did the catering for my 40th in 2007 and have just done the catering for my 50th. The food was delicious, the staff were really helpful and I would strongly recommend using them if you're looking for a caterer.
