Ordered food here during new years eve. It was extremely busy and I had to wait quite a while for my food but it was all worth it. Tons of people were waiting for food and they were ok with waiting over 2 hours because the food is great. Even though it was busy, the staff tried their best to give great service. I try not to expect much coming to a restaurant on one of their busiest nights, but the management was extremely nice and attentive. They even offered free hot tea to those who were waiting! Of course on such a busy day, there are bound to be people unhappy about service or quality. They expect top notch quality at all times but seem to disregard certain circumstances. I felt bad for the management as they dealt with these people because they were working so hard and were trying their best. All in all, I think Ginger Garden is a great place to dine. More...

Ginger garden is one of my favorite places to eat in the pioneer Valley. They offer great Chinese and Japanese and won several awards for their authentic szechuan Chinese food. It is a nice environment, the price is reasonable. If you get there for the lunch menu, it's a steal. $9 full sushi lunch with soup and salad. Definitely recommend. More...
