I'm a fan! Came here for lunch with colleagues and had a really good grilled cheese sandwich - it was super unique, topped with jerk brisket and a pineapple salad that paired really well with the cheese. I got it with the soup of the day (tomato basil!!!! The soup was phenomenal one of the best tomato basils I've had in a while) that was perfect for a cold day and also perfect with the grilled cheese. Because of the extra toppings it tasted more like a sandwich than the traditional grilled cheese but it was still very tasty. It was a super heavy meal and I couldn't actually finish my sandwich - took it home and just ate the other half now which was still very good.My other colleagues had the fish of the day - a rare tuna?salmon? I can't remember - on a bed of salad that they seemed to really like!We shared the bacon wrapped dates - really interesting and unique!It's a little bit on the pricey end, but I do think the food is worth it. This is a great place if you’re vegetarian. Lots of delicious, luxurious dishes for non meat-eaters! Even the meat eaters in the group enjoyed lots of the vegetarian dishes.

Great atmosphere, awesome food and overall experience. Love the tapas style and the pace of which the food came out. Allowed us to chat, have some drinks and enjoy a variety of things. Will absolutely be back! :)

Menu is tapas style. Craft beer on tap. Food was good, especially enjoyed the fried cheese curds and Korean chicken, these were also some of the cheaper menu items. The food was super flavorful and great portion sizes. We got a few plates to share between two people and certainly had enough to take home with us. Absolutely loved the service and the attentive and kind staff. I mentioned to our server I liked a certain song and he put it on for me...little things make all the difference. This is the most lovely restaurant. You definitely have to try the tuna nachos absolutely delicious and the fried cauliflower. Everything was delicious and amazing. The brunch here was magnificent! Most unusual combinations of flavors, that nevertheless worked together very well. We had the lamb neck Benedict and the bread pudding french toast, both highly recommended. We spent our tenth wedding anniversary at Gilt last night. We ordered the bacon wrapped dates, deep fried cheese curds, lobster roll, Korean fried chicken and the beef tartare with bone marrow . For the two of us it was more than enough food. The bone marrow/beef tartare and bacon wrapped dates were the highlights. Everything was gorgeous and delicious. Picked this restaurant to celebrate with my boyfriend based on the very unique dishes listed on their menu and we were not let down at all! Besides the food, the waitress was very friendly and informative and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Love the tapas style dinner as we got to try lots of things off the menu. Dishes were well executed and we were not disappointed with any, after leaving we could not pick a favourite (got 4 in total and left very full - price is reflective of the size of portion). A group of 4, we booked into Gilt without knowing exactly what type of restaurant it was. We quickly found out that it was tapas shared with the table. We had ordered PB & J Wings (amazing, who would have thought), Carbonara Gnocchi, Pork Belly Perogies, 24 Hour Short Ribs, Fried Cauliflower, Pear & Brie Flatbread. Each of the dishes was fantastic. At the end of the meal we tried to pick our favourite and least favourite, and everyone had a different favourite and no one could pick their least.
