I knew Gili through a friend's referral. She and her team were very professional and helpful in my marriage-based green card application process. We did receive an RFE in the middle of the process. She effectively and efficiently resolved the RFE within a few weeks. Our case was processed faster than we imagined.  Another thing is that Gili and her team are very thoughtful and experienced. Gili provided us with a helpful list of prep questions before the interview. All the questions asked during the interview were included in the list and her prep work. It is amazing. I've been working with Gili regarding my immigration status for a few years now. It first started with H1B, which I had a horrible experience with another attorney. The process was much easier with her that kinda shocked me because why I wasted so much time and money at the other place.She later helped me with my EB3 case and was helpful every step of the way. I had a very difficult case of obtaining my permanent green card and was about to give up until I contacted Ms. Gibli. I had only two months left to submit all the documents and I had so little. with Gili's help, I was able to gather all documents possible, reaching out to different resources to get help, including friends and family. Honestly, I didn't expect much from this case, my last piece of document was given to Gili the night before the deadline. Finding a good lawyer in New York City could be likened to 'water, water everywhere, nor any drop to drink'.  In my experience Gili Gibli is an exception and a refreshing example of an attorney who goes above and beyond to understand her client's unique situation and that a 'textbook' answer is not necessarily always the only or best answer.
