The waitstaff was SO friendly, our waitress especially was terrific with our son and kind too. The food was well-made and delicious. Everything was quick and exactly as ordered. We spent two weeks in North Shore RV Resort in Needles, California in late March 2018. We enjoyed eating at several of the local restaurants, among which, GIGGLING CACTUS!
Not sure how the name GIGGLING CACTUS got its name but the four of us enjoyed polite and prompt service without a wait for our midweek lunch meal. We thought the food prices and quality were above average. The restaurant was clean with booths, tables and areas for large groups.
Cindy and I shared their delicious Reuben Sandwich with potato salad. Leslie and Emma enjoyed their breakfast items of banana pancakes and hearty sides. Portions were more than ample leaving us room for their hot fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream! That was enough for Cindy, Emma (my 11-year-old granddaughter who loves chocolate) and me!
Overall, we enjoyed our lunch at GIGGLING CACTUS and will definitely go eat there again when we next visit Needles, California.

Sara (G) was an excellent server and made us feel right at home from moment she greeted us at the table.
Great menu, and perfect recommended meal choices (Eggs Benedict w/Salmon & I had a Rivers Burger cooked to order with perfect bacon)So the Cook needs some praise, too.
Place was clean, friendly, ran well.
Our tip reflected the great service..
and we threatened her with a return visit!

This is a great restaurant for family dining, solo meals, dates, and a place for meeting up with friends for a quick meal, or an extended visit/dining experience. The servers are friendly and they have a full bar. This is certainly one of the best places to eat if you're in, or traveling through Needles, Ca. Stop in and at least give it a try. The stroganoff is very good, tender beef chunks. Lots of flavor. Price is very acceptable. Will eat here again. Barbara was supportive and helpful and helped us with suggestions. Great all around place.

Great little place we found on Route 66! Stopped at the Tesla Supercharger next door on our road trip from California to Alabama and it was our favorite meal along the way. Definitely check it out!

Food here is decent....cost is fair. This is a good size place with a bar...booth and table seating....Televisions All around! !! I took the family....everyone enjoyed their selections (no complaints about the food)...plenty of options for everyone. Our Server was attentive...although he did get a couple things wrong....(still no complaints). Good place for a regular meal...or Great if you are passing through!!! More...

Best Burger Ever! Stopped here on our way to Peach Springs because of the reviews. We ordered the avocado blue cheeseburger and a Philly cheese steak. Both sandwiches were good but the burger was amazing. Onion rings were good too. Extra crispy. I won't be able to drive through Needles again without thinking about that burger! More...

Good food, great service, decent atmosphere. My only complaint was they allowed another customer to talk on speaker phone at extremely high volume. Everyone in the restaurant had to listen to his entire conversation. I realize this wasn't their fault but a manager could have nicely asked him to take his call outside. It ruined our experience. Luckily the food was great so we will give it another try. More...
