It's hard not to come back here because of invites to kids' birthday parties. Once you're there, your kids are hooked. So I did bring my rugrats back here after an initial bad experience. I have to commend Tessa for being such an awesome host. I'm not sure if she's here anymore but she was so good with the children and she really kept the play area in order, fun, and safe.The food was decent. Listen, don't expect gourmet just because you are paying gourmet prices. Maybe eat before you come here? But on a busy day, tables are reserved for dining customers. So you are left seriously assed out with no seating. I was not happy with the pesto pasta but the salmon salad was good. Even the kids ate the salmon. Roasted broccoli and sweet potato fries! Yum.They definitely increased their staffing although on this busy holiday, there was no one on the floor other than the short interactive game they do at the top of each hour. This is a great place for kids. I took my two boys to Giggles and Hugs and they both had a great time. There was a wonderful play attendant called Sandrine entertaining the kids. She was able to keep kids from different age groups having fun for hours. My kids did not want to leave. The food was delicious and had reasonable prices. Came for the first time on a Saturday so it was semi busy but my son loved it. He wanted to play the whole time we were there. We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and fries which were super yummy. GREAT PLACE TO BRING YOUR KIDS. GREAT FOOD. VERY CLEAN. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. AND MY KIDS OVERALL SAID THEY HAD A BLAST. AND FOR A FRIDAY NIGHT IT IS NOT CROWDED. DEFINITELY COMING BACK AGAIN.

My 2 year old son and I love this place! We come at least once a week and he will play for hours on end. They have special activities every 15-30 minutes, which is a nice perk. The food is delicious and they even sneak vegetables into kids meals! There are rules in place including "if you are too sick for school, then you are too sick for Giggles 'N Hugs", which is reassuring. The staff is so nice and welcoming. Amazing place for the whole family. The kids can have fun while the parents relax, eat, have a beer or a glass of wine. The food is amazingly delicious (organic). Attended a party and I loved it as well as my kids. Its like any other toddler playground. You sign waivers , super quick and easy. They have food and love that they have alcohol for the parents . Love this place! My son always has a blast. And the food is actually pretty good. My girlfriends and I like to come once a month with our kids and have dinner while our kids run themselves ragged. Where else can you relax with friends over wine and dinner while your kids wear themselves out?! Maraya and Sierra were so amazing with my little one! Sierra and Ben are AWESOME! They actually care about engaging in quality interaction with the kids here. My kiddos enjoyed playing with them so much that they know them by name. and even exchanged drawings tht they colored together. They have planned activities like dance party and bean bag toss, and also an in house restaurant with a real great kids menu that includes vegetarian and vegan items.
