Very disappointed .. I had Kenny cross my boundaries with something very huge in my life. I had gone to him because he stated when I started that as a friend he “wants to help when he can” and as a boss allowed me to feel I could go to him. I spoke up for myself because the statement made about my personal life rubbed me wrong. Well even though I kept it professional Nd respectful, I got fired for it.
Smh .. if u heard of GIFTED PAWS, LLC .. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.!! Not because he can’t train dogs but because as a human being he has no respect for another’s life or confidentiality. Do NOT work for him. He feels like he has the right to bash a women for her life chooses that have NOTHING TO DO WOTH HIM and had nothing to do with me working for him.
Kenneth Cobbin had crossed my boundary yesterday morning speaking an opinion on my personal life. It’s not everyone’s business what I’m going thru but he made the decision to let me go because I spoke up about him crossing this boundary as my friend and MY boss. Somehow he feels what I’m going thru personally gave him the right to fire me. Unprofessional. Nothing did I do wrong to him but tell him he crossed the boundary. I did my job daily.! And was damn good at it.! I personally believe he had a thing for me and got involved in my life emotionally and couldn’t handle it when I told him it’s not his place. Either way he is wrong for this. Especially since I came to him in confidentiality and in a time of vulnerability. He was simply going to be helping me by giving me MY PAY in advancement to help me figure out my situation. My life choices had nothing to do with him or my job. Yet he made it. Foul. Nd he still believe he has the right as a man or old friend to tell me what’s best for my life. He fired me because I spoke about a boundaries. I have all the screenshots of the convo but my situation isn’t everyones business. I only told him because well again as a friend and my boss he made me comfortable at the time to come to him.
I do not recommend working for him. Especially young ladies.!

Kenny is helping us with our Siberian Husky who we recently adopted at 12 years old. She is deaf, so we weren’t sure how to approach training her, but Kenny didn’t hesitate and had several ideas right away for training a hard of hearing dog!

Our family is so grateful to Kenny. Our 18-month golden retriever, Soopy, developed some destructive separation anxiety habits that were affecting our home and schedule. She also was overexcited when we’d have company, which led to us constantly having to try and manage her behavior or pull her off of someone. In a few weeks of day school, Kenny was able not only to correct these behaviors, but to transform our dog into one who looks to us to set the tone for her behavior in any situation. Her personality is more calm- she is obedient to corrections now, but hardly ever needs it! Our friends and family rave about the difference when they come to visit. Kenny impresses with his knowledge and understanding of dogs, as well as his thoughtful and compassionate manner. He absolutely speaks dogs’ language and is a great communicator to their owners as well! More...
