The cleaner whom I had employed for several years became very unreliable so I looked round for a replacement. I found GICS by a Google search and Julia visited me to discuss. I get 3 hours of cleaning every 2 weeks for my bungalow and am very happy with both the standard of service and the cost. I can highly recommend. My previous cleaner had let me down, and I contacted GICS from yell.com, so I was a bit nervous. The job was to deep clean a flat in heaton which had not been cleaned by the two (male) tenants in the previous two years. The team arrived, got straight into it, and did a really good job, attention to detail was good, communication before, during and after the job was very good. They set a maximum price which they did need to use, I found it reasonable and was more than happy to pay.It was a good job, well delivered, on time, on budget, with great customer service. I cannot recommend highly enough! We have had our house cleaned every week for 7 and a half years, and without exception have always found the service to be of the highest standard. Julia and George, trading as GICS, have cleaned for us for over ten years now. In that time, they have been reliable, honest, hardworking and very good value for money. They are very good at what they do and deliver a standard of service second to none. It is rare these days to be able to recommend someone wholeheartedly and without reservation but this is the case with Julia and George. Quite simply - The best cleaners ever. I do not exaggerate. We had employed other cleaning firms before we found George and Julia but they had all left us feeling somewhat disappointed. We used GICS for several months while we marketed our house for sale. They did an amazing job every time. Great attention to detail; inside the microwave, tops of skirting boards, windows all left streak free... When we eventually moved out they made the whole place sparkle for the new owners- very impressive! I wish we could use them at our new house but sadly we are now living too far away and are back to being dissapointed with a mediocre cleaning service. More...
