Hey! My name is Gia & I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 6 years & been training myself for nearly 10.

As an ex gymnast, my passion for movement has been a constant in my life since i was a kid. I became a PT after an ADHD diagnosis & realising how important it was for me to share my love of movement & help as many women as possible.
