• Online payment of bills and expenses that you can even make from your smartphone or computer securely. You do not need to write checks, sign and mail. Infect you can set up a payment for a specific date in advance.
• We can also fetch invoices from 2000 major corporations and utility companies, and fetch bank and credit card statement record directly from institutions. All these you get with documents and saves in QuickBook online record. And many others that we can identify during the process of implementation.

• Maintain and reconcile your accounting record on Quick Bool Online (QBO) with accounts details i.e. outstanding invoice level detail Creditors and Customers,
• We prepare payroll for employees including T4s and ROE,
• Prepared monthly management reporting and final year-end accounting reports and corporation tax returns.
• Prepare and file GST/HST, WSIB, and other (taxes) compliance,
• Prepare final year-end accounting reports, and
• Prepare special management reports as required – cost accounting, project or product cost accounting report, Segment profit and loss accounts.

Update reporting period
Reporting requirements always vary, depending on management requirements and the concavity of the scenario. We provide different reports period option to management, they are:
If your position is very sensitive, require strong monitoring of your receivable, payable and other detail. This is required.
• Monthly reporting – Most popular: We receive documents and update the record in 15-20 days of period end. We do full closing every month and all major adjustments of year-end.
The most popular reporting period for management reporting
• Biweekly update - We receive documents and update the record in 8 days of period end.
If you require to get quicker management information, it is recommended.
• Weekly update - We receive documents and update the record in 10 days of period end.
If your position is very sensitive, require strong monitoring your receivable, payable and other detail. This is level is
required.
• Yearly reporting with simple closing- We receive documents and update the record in 7-10 days of month-end and complete posting in 30days. A cash-based financial statement is prepared on monthly. Yearend adjustments are final yearend reports. This option is good for simple structure operation.
