By far the best trainer that I have ever had. Is able to work around problems and develop a work out that fits you. He is the push I needed. I highly recommend him. David is a great at what he does. Flexible dieting has been great for me. He knows his shit. You can read my review but you should just contact him David Fulps or Nanci Roman They are a great team. Just get out there and do it.
