Called into Lough and Quay in Warrenpoint this afternoon for lunch The young gentleman was so helpful in helping us decide the menu he even suggested the senior citizens rate which we greatfully accepted|The lunch was excellent tasty and vegetables had a flavour that lasted after we left Would highly recommend this place. My wife and I recently stayed at this lovely place when attending a conference in newry.the rooms were lovely,and the staff very welcoming and accommodating. ||The breakfast was lovely and the rooms kept to a very nice and comfortable standard.||I would have no problem recommending this venue for anyone seeking to stay with a lovely view over the Carling ford lough.||Rev's paul and Caroline burns. Room looking out to front with lovely views over Carlingford lough and the dock, just a pity it was a wet evening! Room clean, had just been newly painted, lovely duck egg blue! Bathroom very spacious. TV was only picking up radio channels, informed girl in bar and she got us a different one. Wonderful stay. Breakfast is delicious and the staff so lovely. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and had a lovely surprise of pink champagne strawberries and chocolates and a card waiting for us in our room. Even a bottle of cider for hubby. What’s your signature dish?
For events and outside catering we pride ourselves on our many ranges of hot and cold buffets as they are innovative, different and of the highest quality, however when doing plated sit down meals for larger parties our Braised Daube of Irish Beef with Chive Cream Mash on Roasted Root Veg with Red Wine Jus is a real Hearty Crowd Pleaser.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Letting the guest know clearly that we can in every case and we will. No is not an option as adapting and customising Food, Drinks and all events variables to create what they want and at the right cost is our sole objective.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating Food, Drinks and Entertainment solutions for all kinds of events no matter how big or small and seeing our clients reaction and enjoyment to the final act.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having always been in the hospitality industry the dream was to one day take my skills and vision outward to create events and service clients in many different environments.
