In 2014 I only had £250.00 to invest in a website for a Nutritional Business I was setting up.
I knew nothing about websites, nothing about getting to the top of google and nothing about social marketing.
A friend of mine had recommended Marcus at 'Get to the Top' and it has proved to be a great choice. He supported my dreams and advised me what to do for the best. He did not exceed my budget and initially set me up with a brochure style website that had a contact page, an online registration form and various Paypal Buttons.
As my business has grown I have reinvested with him to grow my online presence.

Thank you for such a positive review Rachel, I can't believe it's been 5 years since our first online adventure together. I think it is interesting that by empowering you to take ownership of your own online presence you have chosen to focus less on the website and more on social media - this works well for you. I admire your daily facebook live video's and interactive webinars, this is inspiring for other new start ups, and overcomes the inertia that many business owners have. When a business owner has belief in their online potential and incorporates online actitivity as part of their new way of doing things, then money is not an issue - positive results follow positive actions. Keep it going and I will remain available as and when needed.
What makes a great website?
A great website will be transparent for the customer.
It will consist of landing pages that are built to look and function in such a way that they delight the customer.
A great website will be legally compliant and be 'clean coded'. It will have a privacy policy and a cookie policy - all of which I provide for very little cost and sometimes for free.
A great website will be found on the first page of google, preferably within the top 3 positions.
It will have links to and from social media pages and ideally You Tube and it will provide testimonials as appropriate.
A great website will above all consider 2 things:
1. The needs of the buyer.
2. What motivates the buyer to action.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been running my own business since the age of 21.
I started as the youngest contract work study engineer in the UK and within 18 months found myself undertaking major management consultancy projects. I saved Nabisco over £1.8 million when I was aged only 24.
I invested my own money into my own business and within 5 years was turning over £1 million pa.
I am now in my late 50's, I have 5 children and a growing number of grandchildren.
I run my own superfoods and well being business but still feel a desire to inspire and BE INSPIRED by others - especially young people.
The work ethic, honesty and technical ability of Indian people has also inspired me. It has also resulted in my collaboration with various Indian providers of all things digital.
I have over 250 staff in India waiting to compete on how well they can help business providers in the UK -
