I am a property investor and I have tried a few architects before. I have never experienced the support as it is so professional, efficient and quick that “Get Rapid Plans” provided. I have been overwhelmed by the amount of time and dedication that Javed, Nash and his team have spent on our project. They have been extremely professional when dealing with the council and applying for planning permission for us, also ensuring that all the correct paperwork was in the right place at the right time. My Loft conversion (two en-suite rooms), 6-meter kitchen extension, 6 en-suite double rooms HMO planning permission, 5-meter outbuilding Gym with shower and toilet - all of those planning permissions granted by the local authority without any hassle. After browsing and speaking to various companies, I chose Get Rapid Plans for an initial assessment of the house based on the professionalism, value and knowledge during the phone call. This was a great decision. The team at Get Rapid Plans proposed alterations and designs for the rear extension, garage conversion, first floor conversion and loft conversion which I did not initially even think of. I must say the architectural design of a single level extension was delivered exceptionally fast. within 5 days of which 3 were during bank holiday weekend. The designs were accurate and exactly what I have requested, including detailed information of what needs to be done and ready for Building Control submission. After speaking to four other architects I had settled for a reduced size loft extension since I was told I would not be allowed to use the full space. Thankfully Javed at Get Rapid Plans was recommended to me. He explained how it was possible to maximise the space and was very helpful even on an initial consultation. An architect is a Doctor of the property and every property and the needs of that property is as different as an individual person, so an architect is the only person who knows more about your r property than you , same like your Dr. Reason why I am telling this here is because, at the very 1st stage of making any decision about your property,, choosing the expert to take care of your property , will definitely make your life STRESS FREE..........., and today I feel proud to share my pleasant experience . I still remember, when me and my husband decided to extend our existing property. We had no idea from where to start.....but actually had to start from somewhere so we decided to search for good architectural experts and after some Google search, we found few architectural consultant's sites. We made a list of their contacts and started to hit them to make an appointments with them one after the other Next day we started to welcome the consultants at our door on their appointments but when we met Mr. Jawaid , we cancelled the rest of the appointments as we felt that we have found someone whom we were looking for,, Mr. J at the very 1st stage, visited our property , viewed it and discussed about our plans & needs and advised about some points free of cost which made us feel that MONEY IS NOT EVERYTHING FOR MR.J but the one who has an interest in our property as we have and that was so impressive. as a result, we cancelled the rest of the appointments with other companies. Mr &Mrs J and his dedicating team took all the stress from us and made us feel stress free, from beginning till end, &completed all the steps of this job so smoothly, they gave us exceptional customer service in every stage as our property as we had some Thames sewerage pipe issue ( which we as an owner did not know before) but Mr. J and his dedicating team solved all that so smoothly and today we have our desired planning permission approved by the council and we are now moving forward to start building work Get Rapid plans team is always available to help and provide great support to their clients from the beginning till end of the job.
