I emailed this company for a quote and received a response within 15 minutes. Then I was asked 20 questions which helped them developed an outline of how much work was needed. This company really shocked me when they told me the site would only take 30 days and they were 20% lower than the best quote I had gotten previously. I love that my job allows me to exercise creativity. My original background was in finance, and it turned out that I hated it. I always did well, but it wasn't what I loved. While having an analytical background is very helpful for some aspects of what I do, I found freedom in being able to find creative solutions for delivering a product that my clients love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always loved working independently. For my whole life, I always worked at a job with something extra on the side - this business started the same way. The difference is that once we established a solid client base and a demand for the services, we decided to take the plunge and go full-time. Owning a business is hard and stressful, but I love it. I don't think I could go back to working a job again.
