The VA's have saved my butt numerous times! I use the VA's to task everything from setting up doctors appointments to getting customer service one the line for me. They even planned my last trip to Alaska. I landed and had a rental car reserved and all or my excursions planned for me with an organized literary. What more could I have asked more.
