Bill is awesome at not only motivating you but truly training you to strengthen and improve the areas you want. Prior to training with Bill, I was completely insecure about going to the gym. I was incredibly out of shape and had virtually no muscle tone. Bill was instructive and patient with me as I started my fitness journey. I've been training with him for nearly 6 years now and can honestly say at 40-something, I'm in the best shape of my life.  I have not only built a healthier lifestyle, but have also gained confidence.  You can't put a price on good health and positive well being. I walked into Bill's life almost two years ago with a four session package and I am still working out with him. I had never had a trainer before and I was scared stiff as I walked the four flights to the gym. He is simply amazing. He maintained a very upbeat and friendly disposition. Always prepared, he approaches his job professionally thinking through how we will spend the hour before you even get there. That allows him to focus on helping you achieve your goals during the session. He is always mixing it up so you never get bored and progress continues. I've been working out with Bill for nearly 4 years.  I started attending his Get Fit classes on Saturday mornings and it was by far the best workout I've ever had.  I always thought I was in OK shape, but the first time I attended class I knew I was nowhere close to being in shape.  This past summer I began working one-on-one with Bill.  Bill has helped me tremendously learn proper form so when I workout on my own at my gym I know I'm doing the exercises correctly.  Recently he has helped me make small changes to my diet and I have already seen a drop in my weight.I live in the suburbs and there are plenty of gyms and trainers near my home, but I still venture into the city 3 days a week to workout with Bill because he is that good. I've been working with Bill for 7 months now and have seen amazing results, losing about 30 pounds during this time.  I have never felt stronger or healthier in my life! Bill is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Bill Witte was the personal trainer who got me back on track towards exercising regularly and being more conscientiousness about what I eat and when, after a year haitus recovering from an injury.  The best thing about Billy is the encouragement and support he gives during training sessions, and even in his classes.  When you are about to literally throw in the towel or you think you can not go any longer, he's there encouraging you every step of the way until the end of the session.  If it wasn't for Bill Witte, I would have never gotten the confidence and strength to lift weights and be proud of my results.  Anyone who is looking for a trainer should have Bill Witte. Bill Witte is an awesome trainer that keeps you motivated throughout your workout. I've been training with him for a few years now and I've accomplished more than I ever thought possible. Not only have I gained confidence in myself and what I can achieve but I've found a new appreciation for my body. His high energy and confidence in you helps you push through even the toughest workouts (and I've had my share of that).I've also been taking his Get Fit classes and they really do kick your butt! The Get Fit class is part of my Saturday morning ritual and helps me stay on track over the weekend when all you want to do is go out and indulge. He tends to keep the classes small, which is nice so you really get to meet new people and he's able to make sure that you have proper form during the workout. I'd recommend everyone to check out his Get Fit class whether you need to get on track or need motivation to stay on track! More...
