I have been attending classes at Get A Move On off and on for several years. They offer a variety of classes, so there is something for everyone. Early morning and evening classes allow you to get a workout in on your time. The instructors are the best part! Not only is it my happy place but also my "fountain of youth". I LOVE GAMO!! The classes are warm and friendly and anyone can do it. All levels of aerobic activity can participate and feel the burn at whatever works for them. I will continue working out another 37 years if Lindsey keeps teaching!! More...
