My name is George Davis. I am an experienced personal trainer based in South Bermondsey, London. I have worked with more than 30 clients during my career and have helped them improve their health and achieve some of their lifestyle goals.

Through personalized guidance to suit your needs and an emphasis placed on developing a training plan adapted to the constraints of your daily schedule, I seek to deliver optimal results to my clients.

My training routines include body weight exercises, free weights, suspension training and balance exercises. I bring along all necessary equipment, including free weights, TRX, Bosu balls, etc.
