I manage a medium sized office and have enjoyed having GTB come in for bi-weekly cleans. When it comes to communication, Lee and his team are fantastic. They are always open to feedback and are eager to find out if there's any way they can improve.I can't think of any areas where they are lacking though!It was not until I hired a random, lackluster cleaning company to clean my personal residence that I realized how good my office has it with GTB. I'm happy to say this was an excellent experience with a cleaning company. I've been sick which is why I needed to hire a cleaning service - and my first few attempts failed miserably. Because of my unhappiness with the other companies I had tried I was quite hesitant to give Geoffrey a whirl. Now that they've been here all I can say is I wish I didn't hesitate so long! My cleaning was a few days ago and I'm still finding little things they did that I never would have expected - and those things gave their cleaning that extra wow factor. Perhaps most importantly they made communicating with them easy, reassured me I wouldn't be disappointed and were very transparent with the costs - which meant no unpleasant surprises.
